How many days you will budget for if you visit London for the first time? At least one week to soak it in I would say – with hundreds of art Galleries, museums, landmarks, street performance, musicals etc, a week is not asking too much.

For my busy friends on business trip, one day on a Saturday was all that they have – before they would hit the tube to Heathrow Airport at the same Evening.
